RETROFITS, the game?

Autodesk has launched a new game called RETROFITS to build awareness of green building issues.  Read more about it here and then tell us, do you think this will be effective?  Why or why not?  Will those who are ultimately in charge of renovating their building actually click to play?  And even if they do, is it enough to change their minds?

I clicked to play the game out of mere curiosity.  But then, they're preaching to the choir with me as the player.  I'm curious to see if it makes an impact on those outside of professionals already in the industry.  All in all, I say it can't hurt and applaud Autodesk for thinking outside the box and trying shift momentum.
