Communication/Community, what's the difference?

As a young start-up company, it is only natural that things should evolve as we move forward.  As of today, one of those things is my title from Director of Communications to Director of Community.  Why should you care?  Well, it highlights our commitment to you.  A major part of our mission here at Build2Sustain is to provide thought leadership and foster conversation and debate in an effort to establish best practices throughout the industry.  Our transparency on our own projects is one part of that as is encouraging conversation whether it be here on our blog or on Twitter or in a Linked IN group.  My focus will be in nurturing our community, expanding its reaches, and facilitating all the moving parts that are working day to day as well as those that we will be adding in the future. 

With that, let us know if there is a particular topic or question you're looking to explore more in depth and never hesitate to leave a comment in disagreement.  After all, it is only with frank discussion that true progress can be made.
